                         brasileiras [S{\~a}o Jo{\~a}o do Cariri (7,4° S ; 36,5° W), 
                         Cachoeira Paulista (22,7° S; 45, 0° W) e Santa Maria (29,7° S; 53, 
                         8° W)] foi poss{\'{\i}}vel estudar a mar{\'e} lunar 
                         atmosf{\'e}rica semidiurna na regi{\~a}o da mesosfera e baixa 
                         termosfera para o per{\'{\i}}odo de janeiro de 2005 a dezembro 
                         de 2008. Para determina{\c{c}}{\~a}o das amplitudes e fases 
                         mensais da mar{\'e} foram utilizados ventos m{\'e}dios 
                         hor{\'a}rios de sete camadas com quatro quil{\^o}metros de 
                         espessura centradas em 81, 84, 87, 90, 93, 96 e 99 km de 
                         altitudes. Verificou-se que os perfis de amplitudes e fases da 
                         mar{\'e} lunar semidiurna para tr{\^e}s localidades mostraram 
                         caracter{\'{\i}}sticas gerais de ondas verticalmente propagantes 
                         na atmosfera, ou seja, amplitudes crescentes e progress{\~o}es de 
                         fases descendentes com a altitude. Em S{\~a}o Jo{\~a}o do 
                         Cariri, durante quase todo o ano, as amplitudes da componente 
                         meridional foram maiores que a componente zonal e as fases 
                         apresentaram caracter{\'{\i}}sticas equatoriais de 
                         hemisf{\'e}rio Sul. Em Cachoeira Paulista, as amplitudes 
                         m{\'e}dias sobre todas as altitudes apresentaram valores maiores 
                         na componente meridional e as fases apresentar 
                         caracter{\'{\i}}stica de hemisf{\'e}rio Sul durante quase todo 
                         o ano. Santa Maria apresentou valores de amplitudes entre 1, 0 e 
                         8, 0 emph{m/s} para a componente meridional e entre 1, 0 e 5, 0 
                         emph{m/s} para a componente zonal. Em rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o {\`a} 
                         fase, observou-se caracter{\'{\i}}sticas de hemisf{\'e}rio Sul, 
                         exceto nos meses de junho e setembro. Em alguns aspectos, as 
                         tr{\^e}s localidades apresentaram semelhan{\c{c}}as com o modelo 
                         de Vial e Forbes (1994) para a mar{\'e} lunar atmosf{\'e}rica 
                         semidiurna. ABSTRACT: Using meteor radar data from three Brazilian 
                         sites [S{\~a}o Jo{\~a}o do Cariri (7.4° S ; 36.5° W), Cachoeira 
                         Paulista (22.7° S; 45.0° W) and Santa Maria (29.7° S; 53.8° W)], 
                         the atmospheric semidiurnal lunar tide in the mesosphere and lower 
                         thermosphere was studied from January 2005 to December 2008. 
                         Monthly tidal amplitudes and phases were determined using hourly 
                         mean winds in seven layers of four kilometer thickness each, 
                         centered in 81, 84, 87, 90, 93, 96 and 99 km of height. The 
                         amplitudes and phases profiles of the semidiurnal lunar tide over 
                         the three sites showed general characteristics of vertically 
                         propagating waves in the atmosphere, in other words, the 
                         amplitudes were increasing and the phases showed progression with 
                         decreasing heights. Over S{\~a}o Jo{\~a}o do Cariri, during 
                         almost all year, the amplitudes of the meridional component were 
                         greater than the zonal component and the phases presented 
                         equatorial characteristics of South Hemisphere. Over Cachoeira 
                         Paulista, the mean amplitudes over all heights were greater in 
                         meridional component and the phases presented characteristics of 
                         South Hemisphere. Santa Maria presented meridional amplitudes 
                         between 1.0 and 8.0 m/s and the zonal component amplitudes were 
                         between 1.0 and 5.0 m/s. In relation the phase, characteristics of 
                         South Hemisphere were also observed, except during June and 
                         September . In several aspects, the three sites presented 
                         similarities with the Vial and Forbes (1994) atmospheric 
                         semidiurnal lunar tidal model.",
